● A Loan Participation Notes (LPN) market (ie "Secondary Market") where users can market continuous investments for immediate liquidity;

The TokenLend platform will be launched with a pre-arranged list of secured loans from trusted EU lenders and an easy-to-use interface for our future partners. In the first step, we will only accept mortgage loans with the most reliable real estate as a promise. It will allow you to achieve the best risk / income value for users.

TLN tokens are a digital representation of the right to exclusive participation in the TokenLend platform. TLN Holders have the ability to invest the desired amount of funds from their account into any of the available loans listed on the TokenLend P2P platform. The account balance on the platform will represent the number of TLN tokens stored in the Ethereum wallet of the member's TokenLend account at any time. The TLN tokens will be negotiable outside the TokenLend platform. Since they are ERC-20 tokens, they will have inherent value in exchanges.

The pre-sale will begin on March 1, 2018 and will run for 11 days and will be limited to 11047 ETH with a minimum contribution of 1 ETH. The sale will begin on March 26, 2018 and the contribution period will be executed for 45 days. During the ICO, there will be a soft limit of 20 000 ETH and a difficult limit of 140 000 ETH.

All unsold tokens will be burned and TLN tokens received by contributors will be transferable 7 days after the end of the initial coin bidding campaign.
